Breast Lift Fayetteville
A breast lift, or mastopexy, is a surgical procedure designed to restore a firmer, perkier shape to breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue. Performed on its own, or in combination with a breast augmentation or reduction, a breast lift can give your breasts a more youthful appearance.

Your initial consultation
During your initial consultation, you and Dr. Kaitlyn Paine will go over your medical history, the details of your procedure, your aesthetic goals, and any questions you may have. A breast lift can be performed using a variety of different techniques and incisions, and your surgery will be tailored to your individual circumstances. We will provide you with instructions to help you prepare for your surgery. We are dedicated to helping you feel safe, comfortable, and informed throughout every step of the process.
Youthful, round, lifted breasts can be yours
You may consider a breast lift if:
- Your breasts have lost their shape and volume and have started to sag
- Your nipples point downward
- Your breasts have gotten flatter and longer due to pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Your breasts sag after having lost a significant amount of weight
- Your breasts are asymmetrical, and one falls lower than the other
- You have finished breastfeeding and don’t plan on having more kids. This is not a necessity, but we usually recommend waiting until after your last pregnancy, as this will give you more lasting results.
The day of your breast lift procedure
A breast lift is typically performed as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia. The procedure takes about 3 ½ hours to complete, but you should plan to spend about 5 hours at our office on the day of your surgery. Once your anesthesia has taken effect, your surgeon will make the appropriate incisions, depending on your unique surgical plan.
