Fillers | Radiance by Roller

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments designed to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, enhance facial contours, and support a more youthful appearance. Most fillers are made with hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance naturally found in the body that helps retain moisture and elasticity in the skin.

Fillers can be used to soften lines and folds, enhance lips, define the jawline or cheeks, and restore lost volume caused by aging. Results are visible immediately, with longevity depending on the type of filler used and the treatment area.

At Radiance by Roller, we offer a curated selection of advanced dermal fillers to provide natural-looking, customized results.

How is the RHA Collection different?

These fillers are different in that they were developed with a unique, gentle manufacturing process that causes minimal changes to the hyaluronic acid, allowing it to maintain its structure and more closely act like a natural HA in the skin.

What is the treatment experience?

Injections with RHA filler typically start with numbing the area to be treated. Once the numbness sets in, our injection specialist will use a very fine needle to inject the filler. The sensation of the needle feels like a minor pinch and is a reasonably comfortable experience.

How long will the results last?

You will see your results at once and can expect them to last for about 12-15 months.

What is the recovery time?

Following your RHA filler injections, you may have some minor bruising or swelling at the injection sites, which is temporary and will fade within days. Swelling is common and can last up to 7 days after your treatment. Icing the area can help to minimize bruising as well as sleeping with your head slightly elevated for the first few nights following your treatment. To help reduce the appearance of bruising, it is advised that you begin taking Arnica Montana and Bromelain supplements prior to your treatment and afterwards if needed.

Recovery:

After your treatment, you may experience minor bruising and swelling, which typically fades within 24 to 48 hours. The filler needs time to “settle” into place, and you should enjoy the full benefit of your injections in about two weeks, looking fresh and lovely in the most natural way.

What to Expect

Dermal filler treatments are minimally invasive and typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment area and your individualized plan. During your appointment, your provider will assess your facial structure, discuss your goals, and select the filler best suited to achieve natural-looking results.

Most fillers provide immediate volume and enhancement, with results continuing to improve as the product settles into the skin. Some mild swelling, redness, or tenderness at the injection sites is normal and usually resolves within a few days.

There is little to no downtime, and many patients return to their normal activities the same day. While results are long-lasting, dermal fillers are not permanent. Depending on the product used and the area treated, results can last from several months to over a year. Maintenance treatments may be recommended to preserve optimal results.

Our team at Radiance by Roller focuses on precision, safety, and subtle enhancement, ensuring your results look refreshed, balanced, and uniquely you.
